I arrived a bit early, and my room wasn't ready, which delayed my plans. I also noticed the elevator wait times could be quite long, especially during peak hours. Housekeeping was inconsistent. I found my room clean and spacious but noticed some overlooked areas. It could use a little more attention to detail. Despite the areas needing improvement, I had a wonderful time overall and appreciated the great service and beautiful room.

We had a solid time! The beach service was on point, with Scott M. greeting us every day and making sure we had everything we needed. The 2-bedroom suite had amazing views, but the master bath setup was super awkward—no door, just right next to the bedroom. Would’ve loved more closet space too! Oh, and we enjoyed breakfast at the bar.
